LibreELEC (Krypton) v7.90.009 ALPHA - Network Crash

tguldenertguldener Posts: 16WeTek Community Member
Hardware: WETEK Play2
Software Version: 7.90.009
Version: NAND

The box will run a long time with TVHeadend Client and a lower framerate (SAT>IP Installation)

If I use PlexKodiConnect and my retranscoded 8Mbit streams with a Framerate of >49 fps the ethernet controller will crash after a time. I can't see anything in the log:

I have the same issu if I use DHCP or static IP.

The only way to fix it:
- disable and re-enable the ethernet controller over the gui
- reboot the box

Same Issu I had also in earlier versions on the WETEK hub boxes. With the WETEK Core boxes I haven't any problem. The WETEK Core boxes running 16 hours a day with 720p HD streaming.

This is probably related to libreelec. We do not recommend any installations on NAND. But you probably are aware of this.

Does this happen in the same SD version ? And the other SD versions?

unplug and replog network - not work
reconnect over LibreElec Config App - not work
disable and enable network interface in LibreElec App - work

    got the same issue

I believe this is happening on the Alpha versions, Or you wait for a fix from LE with newer versions, or you can downgrade to the latest stable version (jarvis)

    Best Regards
