Refund request

Hi, i was no satisfied of the wetek hub so i sent it back asking for refund.

As the tracking number of the shipment arranged by you thè item has been delivered on 2th september. Since then i wrote to you asking for infos about my refund and till now no amswers. And no money of course.

I'd like to have My money back really soon or i'll open a controversy on PayPal.

    For this you need to contact the support

    Once it arrives to WeTek offices the team will check if everything is OK and the refund will be made.

    Please don't forget that a weekend has also passed.

    I already contacted them and noone answered me. I don't think they need more than 3 days to answer to a email...

    Orders need to be taken care of.

    Please tell me the ticket number so I can see what I can do.
